Lots of folks do their own hypnosis blogs and I follow several of them.
I do like Cal Banyan's Video blogs. James Tripp does an excellent one semi-regularly.
There are some pretty dreadful ones which we just won't mention.
One of the things I do not see people blogging about is how we can integrate the traditional schools of behavioural, psychoanalystical therapies with the current models of compassionate and mindful approaches.
That is what I am hoping to do here.

First Post
The purpose of this blog is to chronicle the development of this Hypnotherapy approach.
There are new things happening in the world of Hypnotherapy in several other countries but this methodology seems to be a couple decades behind in the UK.
Tremendous change is happening in the area of therapy with new practises and approaches being implemented. This blog will look into those developments and try to uncover what is possible with the powerful tools that hypnotherapy brings to the room.
Lots of approaches will be used for this adventure. Blogs, print, audio publishing maybe even video. Old hat for several therapists out there, we want to bring our own spin to this.
